Biao Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative (BARBCO) Chocolates are locally grown cacaos in Davao City, BARBCO is one of the leading cooperatives that showcases tree-to-bar production. It is also one of the recipients of the Department of Agriculture's (DA's) high-value crop program. Renowned as a producer of quality cacao planting materials particularly BR25, a cacao clone for fine chocolate, compels the co-op to expand its nursery. A standard nursery, established through DA-HVCDP, enabled it to expand its seeding propagation and served the growing demands for quality seedlings of farmers in the region and other parts of Mindanao.
